self service F+B with original coffee tables and chairs as used in older times in Malacca. Counter in boh cooperative color scheme, red + beige. we added old aluminium rapping paper with tiger and boh inprints protected in between 2 clear perspex sheets at front surface of counter.
exhibition area to the end of the building and before get picked up for factory tour.
retail area with 30m long ms. steel shelf separating corridor with retail shop but at the same time allows for views inside the shop as well as displayed items on the shelve.
walk through the natural ventilated building with cross views from every point giving awareness of the outside.
building shaped around existing trees + terrace with view to tea-plantation valley
Main entrance with large terrace for possible outdoor sitting or just to appreciate the view into the tea-plantation valley.

Visitors can sit at the terrace and enjoy a cup of tea, walk through the building towards the factory to attend a guided sightseeing tour through the production factory area. On the way to buy a souvenier at the retail shop and get informed of the plantation history at the end of the walk.
